This vet clinic is one of the best. The staff are helpful and sympathetic. I have had to euthanize a pet in the past, and as bad as it was , Alyson and Hannah took the extra time to console me and make things as easy as possible. The Vets are intelligent, professional, and very caring. My sincere gratitude goes out all the staff there. They really know what they are doing, and I would, and do, recommend them to everyone.

Had been to three other dealerships, where I was ignored or treated like a stupid woman. So I was really impressed when I walked into this busy business, and was immediately approached by "Ben" and asked in a very genuine manner if I needed any help. I did, and Ben attentively and proffessionally walked me through buying a new bike. He waited patiently while I tried on riding gear and advised me on the best new products available. I've dealt with other staff here, and they have been just as thorough. Really well done guys - hands down the best bike dealership in Tasmania!! Follow up service has been just as great. These guys go above and beyond!!

Have stayed here a few times, and even extended our stay once, because we just did not want to leave!! Pristine, fully self-contained chalets in a beautiful bush setting. Has its own dam, which all the chalets overlook, and there are canoes, paddle boats, kayaks at your disposal for free. Have not found a better pet friendly accommodation!! The owners are very friendly, and give you your privacy, but are there if you need anything, any time. Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Five minutes from the store and pub. Acres of land to walk the dogs or just wander. Chalet had all the mod cons plus more.. Well done people - this is how it should be done!!

Only went to this business once, and the experience was so bad, they won't get any more money from me! I stopped in to buy a drink and a snack, and it seemed the two "ladies" behind the counter were more interested in pandering to the lollie choices for the 2 or 3 year old child also behind the counter. I was made to feel unwelcome, an inconvenience, and spoken to abruptly and rudely. This experience was topped off when I held out my hand for the change, and it was slammed on the counter below my hand. Rude, rude, rude. The child seemed happy....

Stayed at White beach cottage (private residence, booked thru stayz.com) in December last year and it was one of the best I have ever visited. it was fully self-contained, including a pantry full of food, and it was immaculately clean and well maintained. It was very cheap, and we were allowed to bring our 2 german shepherds inside. It was literally a stone-throw from the beach, which was great for the dogs, and had every appliance you could think of. Beautiful open plan with a big log fire and huge windows with a magnificent view of the bay. Big enclosed back yard for the dogs to play in while we watched one of the movies or played games or read books - all provided in the cottage. tourist attractions all a short drive away. By far the best value for money I have seen for ages.

Stayed for a week while waiting for new home to be settled. The setting is beautiful, and the owners and staff are really friendly and helpful. The self contained house we stayed in was pristine. It was extremely clean, very spacious, and had everything you could need in the way of kitchen tools, tv, books etc. The owners gave us our privacy, which I really liked, but made themselves available when required. There is also a restaurant, that has a chef and provides top quality food at really reasonable prices. Even some of the locals eat there! The surroundings and grounds are beautiful, and there are even some platypus in their ponds! There are bushwalking trails all around, and it is on the river if you want to go fishing. I loved it!!! Well done!!

Avoid this tradesman at all costs!! Five months ago he tiled my bathroom/laundry/toilet floors and wall 'splashbacks". I was away while he was doing the work, and I returned to an unfinished, uneven job - he tiled OVER a lump of concrete next to the toilet!! He also cracked the toilet bowl in the process. I had to supply my own grout, spacers, shower liner and tiles. He did not grout the "splashbacks" in the bathroom, and laundry, nor did he actually tile the vanity splashback in the bathroom. When I tried to contact him to come and finish the job, he ignored my many many calls. I did not have a street address for him. As he had insisted on payment up front, I had nowhere to go and had to get the plumber in to finish the job. He also damage three doors and put a hole in the bathroom wall. Overall a disgusting job.

I went to this cafe while touring on my motorbike. I was really really impressed with the friendly staff and beautiful setting. The food was delicious, and very reasonably priced!! I have been back a few times since, and EVERY time, the service and the food was fantastic. Even if I just drop in for a cappacino, the staff go out of there way to make sure everything is perfect - I even got a free piece of cake on my birthday!! I am allowed to bring my dog there if I let them know I'm coming with her, and this just impresses me even more. I have had five or six different things from the menu, and every time, it has been beautifully presented, and very tasty. Definately recomend it!! Right on the river, it is very peaceful and beautiful.
