I have been dealing with Unique Building Services and cannot believe any insurance company can want to be associated with them. The supposedly tradesmen they have sent are handymen at best. The company’s communication skills are just as bad. I am waiting for a brick wall to be secured from falling over and constantly having to call them as to what is going on. The insurer Comminsure is just as bad. Unique Building Services called me late in the afternoon to say the power was to be disconnected for the wall supports to be installed without any notice for the tenants that were living there. I told UBS not to disconnect the power but they went ahead and removed the power which I had to get reconnected. They were supposed to be then arranging covers for the cables so work could be done but canceled the arrangements with citipower for this work to be done. This has put the supports on hold once again.
The condition of the wall has got worse due to the endless delays from both parties. In short I would never recommend Comminsure and Unique Building Services.

I cannot believe this company is still in business. First I called them and explained the problem very clearly and they said it would cost about $500. So when I came in after waiting two weeks they tell me at the counter it would cost $1500. But went on to say it might be a simpler fix so I left the car there for 6 hours to locate an oil leek. On picking up the car they tell me the oil leek was coming from where I had told them. I told them I wouldn’t get it done at that price. When they started the car to drive it out the workshop it was hard to start which thought was odd as it always started easily. This continued so I rang them saying they had done something to the car which they denied. The car is an 80 series Toyota Land Cruiser. I would never recommend this company.
