I have been a client at Knead for a couple of years now, am very impressed with their service. I see Dianne every month for a remedial massage, she is friendly, very competent and always does a great treatment. She listens to what areas I want to focus on, is never lazy or inattentive and really knows how to relieve my tight/stressed muscles. I have seen 2 other therapists on occasion and both were also great. Their pricing is very competitive, one of the best value clinics I have seen, especially in CBD (eg $70 for monthly treatment, cheaper for more frequent). They almost always run on time and your treatment lasts the full time scheduled. Text/email confirmations & reminders are handy. Overall, very happy to recommend, particularly if you are looking for a good firm remedial/deep tissue massage.
