A great little shop if you want quality toys, not plastic junk. It's amazing how much they can jam into such a small place. I didn't have too much time to spend there so I asked for some advice, which was pretty good. I was also offered free gift wrapping as I was buying a gift. When I didn't have time to stay for the wrapping, the lady gave me some wrapping paper to take home anyway.
The value is on par with other educational shops, although if you know exactly what you want, you can sometimes find it cheaper on ebay, etc. They often have specials on, so I have signed up for their email newsletter.

I went here for dinner with some girlfriends and the experience was quite bizarre. It was recommended that we dine in the bistro area as it has a more relaxed atmosphere which was more suited to the occasion (lots of chit-chat, as I'm sure you can imagine when 6 ladies get together). Two of the ladies brought their infants along (5 months old and 8 months old), and I know what you're thinking "how can you bring babies to a restaurant?", but it's difficult to leave them at home when they're this young and breastfed, and the mums need to catch up from time to time (it was our first girls' night out for a year!) Plus the babies were perfectly behaved and we were in the bistro area, after all. Anyway, the point of the story is that the waiter we had (let's call him BabyHater) was making all these facial expressions and sighing and negative body language, as if these babies were *such* an inconvenience. It got to the point where one of my friends (not even one of the mums) almost had a verbal altercation with him because she was so insulted by his rude behaviour. And then on the other hand, we had another waiter (let's call him BabyLover) who would come over and coo at the babies and engage with them, making the mothers feel special. That's what we would expect from a top-dollar reputable restaurant such as this one. Only at the very end of the meal (I guess after the babies had proven to be angels) did BabyHater settle down and actually crack a smile - a little too late as he had already ruined the experience.
On the plus side, the food was excellent, although a little pricey.

I came here to buy some traffic wands for my boys for Christmas, because they had a great special on them. OMG the place is HUGE! They have so many things there that I'm afraid to bring my boys with me because we'd never leave. They're prices are pretty standard (safety equipment is notoriously expensive), but there specials are really good.

I contacted Better Rentals when I needed a wallpaper stripper to help with some renovations. Ben was very helpful, giving me an excellent price for the long weekend, and he didn't mind at all when I had to bring the hire a day forward because of a change in plans.
The actual steamer wasn't the newest (it has probably been around the block a few times, stripping wallpaper along the way), but it was still great for the job.
Better Rentals have lots of other equipment for hire (from bobcats to pole saws), so I'm definitely going back for any further renovation needs. Highly recommended!

John has delivered both my boys and on all occasions I have found him super relaxed and very approachable. He did everything I asked of him, including coming in to hospital on the morning of his overseas holiday departure (baby 1) and coming in the middle of the night (baby 2) when I hemorrhaged after both births.

SMSpup is great! I've been using them for a couple of years now. Any time I want to send an SMS from home, I do it from SMSpup instead of my phone. It is effectively free because you get credits just by clicking on ads or taking surveys (although the surveys don't adequately reward you for the time taken, in my opinion, so you have to think about that). It's also easier to type a message on the computer than on the phone.
I only wish you could send multi-part messages (more than 160 characters) and that they didn't get rid of the free JustMobile credit, because I was using that too.

I have been a member for almost 6 years, and have been paid out $300 in this time. So, even though it takes ages to accrue the points, it's not like I'm doing more than clicking a few buttons each day.
You get points faster when you shop online through them, which is handy when you shop at those places anyway (eg, eBay, Book Depository, Crazy Sales). The points usually equate to 1-2% of the purchase.
It is free to join.

I always get shopping vouchers through Infinite rewards. I get 5% off Coles and Woolworths gift cards, and seeing how I shop at those supermarkets anyway, why wouldn't I want 5% off? They have movie tickets and other discounts, which I will start buying when I have time to use them!
Annual fee for the club is $30-$40, which is easily covered in my first month's shopping.
I pay for registered post ($4) but when you buy $1000 worth of vouchers, that's affordable and necessary! You can also pick up from their office in Melbourne. I pay by direct deposit to avoid extra charges and have never had a problem.
They say they take up to 14 days to deliver, but almost every time I have ordered they have delivered within 3 days. It's been really great!

I have bought from Buyinvite a number of times and never had a problem.
You do have to want a few things though, to make up for the $10 postage, and it takes a month or two for the goods to arrive. Also, make sure you compare prices elsewhere to be confident that you are actually making a saving.

I've been here heaps of times with work colleagues and been to a couple of kids parties here too. The food is good quality pub food and the kids always enjoy playing in the small play area. Prices are standard. I've held a party here for 30+ adults and the service was great.
