Husband visited both sports stores in Rockingham City.
I am pleased to say that the Jim Kidd store team member that greeted and engaged with him was very welcoming.
Even though the store was unable to provide him with the product he was looking for, he was still made to feel valued.
His experience in the other store was disappointing. No greeting, acknowledgment or engagement of any sort, even though he walked all around the store for a lengthy time.
My husband rarely comments about things of this nature (except when really bad), so thought your team in Rockingham deserved the positive feedback.
