Absolutely terrible customer service! We ordered pizzas over the phone which took nearly 10 minutes as we had to repeat the order twice to the person taking it. This isn't a problem provided that they then get the order right, which they didn't! The order was again confirmed in person when we picked it up yet we got home to find it was wrong. When I called them up about the issue I was basically fobbed off, when I asked to speak to the manager I was told "she is too busy". We definitely will not be returning again and will tell everyone we know to do the same

I have used Blind Ambition twice so far and I would not trust anyone else!! We recently moved into a brand new home and I ordered roller blinds and drapes for the windows and Kate and the team made the whole process easy. Their prices are extremely competitive compared to other companies and their service goes above and beyond. I could not recommend them highly enough!!!

Thought we would try this new restaurant and I have to say it was great! The food was good, staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant itself was very nice. Only criticism I have is that one of the meals at our table had cold chips and when mentioned to three separate staff members they didn't seem to know how to deal with negative feedback. Overall though a great place that I would recommend if you dont mind spending a bit more than normal.
