Did not read the care instructions on a $350 top which is now ruined. Dropped pants off the the same time to have a hole patched only to return home with the pants days later with the hole still. I called up to explain this and he said sorry he forgot to tell me they couldn't fix it and then he hung up. He was completely rude and took no accountability for the top being ruined also. Now I'm $350 in the red as the top can't be worn.
