I purchased a Tape to USB recorder late December. It broke and I took it back for an exchange early Jan - at the time I had an issue as they stated they had a "7 day return policy". I pointed out I expected a $70 item to last longer than the 2-3 weeks I had owned it. They swapped it, basically telling me I was lucky. On 26/5 the new one broke again. I used it at most on weekends, transferring data from tapes to usb so my dad can listen to audio stuff he had on a mp3 player.
I emailed through their website customer on 27 May to tell them of the issue, including the same email to the manufacturer. I have heard NOT ONE WORD from this company. I have emailed again and now requested assistance from the Office of Fair Trading.
Would expect organisations to make contact to resolve issues - no wonder people are going to online sellers.
I have been very disappointed with the product and the service and the after sales market.
This is my experience, perhaps you will have a better one.

Wow, cheap fresh and fast! They don't have heaps ready, so sometimes you have to wait, but that is because they are always making it fresh. Smoked salmon, cream cheese and avocado is divine. The seaweed wrappers are still firm without being soggy like some pre-made sushi. Highly recommended for takeaway, have not dined in.

Went for the first time on Friday night. Pizza Capers are either really good or really lousy. This one is really good! The service was friendly and we were provided with an accurate wait time. The toppings were generous. They were also quick to point out how we could save money for what we ordered by ordering it another way. The pesto/feta bread is to die for. Well done, please keep the standards high!

Wouldn't bother. Heaps of other places on offer in this historic market place.
Service is slow and the people were not very friendly. Waited nearly 30 mins for coffee (which was horrible). Won't do kids size milkshakes. What is described as damper is really a bread roll and they charge you $4.50. The bacon was fatty and the bubble and squeak looked like a lot of vomit on the plate. There were many unhappy customers here this morning, I suspect only the known regulars enjoy it. Cannot understand why it is so bad when there is so much competition in the marketplace.

A better alternative to Red Rooster who always seem to disappoint. Roasters has just re-opened in the McDowall Shopping Village - hidden up the back near Crazy Clarks. Worth a visit, the owner served us and gave my son a free slushie when he commented how much he had missed Roasters while they were close to move. Chips are excellent.

Went for Sunday breakfast and coffee. The coffee did not disappoint, but there really wasn't much of a breakfast range - mainly toasted sandwiches. But they were great. The coffee was superb and the waitress attentive. Seeing the cake display next time I would go back for morning tea. And I would book.

OMG! I can't believe I am the first person to review this fantastic place! Two words - Portugese Tarts. You must try them. They are the best in Brisbane. Also very fresh range of rolls including smoked salmon, deli meats. Deli products, cheeses, it is a gourmet delight. Take away and dine on footpath lunchtime.

Shop that sells fine, handmade chocolates from around the world. Pricey as you would expect for the chocolate, however felt that $9 for a pot of tea was a little excessive. Service was flawless and friendly. Not for the budget conscious.
Louisa was my therapist. She did a great massage and facial. My only concern with this place is that they asked me no questions prior to commencing, and also told me no details about what they were using.

Went here for dinner with family. The kids club room was great, the little ones loved it. Thought the prices were quite high for a suburban restaurant. The food was pleasant, but none of us felt it was really true value for money. $36 for surf/turf seemed a little high for 2 prawns, 1 piece of barramundi and a steak, when you had to pay for sauce on top of that. Service was fast (restaurant was very quiet though). Reasonable wine list.
