Absolutely atrocious service, no one seems to know what is going on. Cant tell me when the parcel was collected or when it will be delivered. Job was booked and paid 2 WEEKS AGO!!! Pick up from Laverton deliver to Gippsland, supposed to be their speciality??

They tell me they can not communicate with the Chinese driver?? Spoke to the supervisor and he is no smarter that the dumbos in customer service!
