From the moment l arrived l felt welcome and comfortable. The ladies in reception were most kind, helpful and chatty. Tracy (the Podiatrist) was lovely and very thorough. She found the problem with my foot, explained it to me properly and was able to fix it. She gave me great advice about ensuring the footwear l purchased fitted properly.
