Needed a document scanned and urgently e-mailed by 9 pm to the US. Had trouble with my USB. The staff could not have been more helpful going well beyond the call of duty to assist me. Could not have done it without their support and good nature. A fantastic crew.

I was recently in a very minor car accident (hit from behind), the damage was minimal but needed to be fixed. From the first call to AAMI to report the accident right though the pick-up my vehicle at the authorised panel shop, I was completely taken care of. They called back when they said they would, they were efficient, they were delightful to deal with. They organised (and paid for) taxis from the pick-up centre and to the panel shop. And the best was my car was ready when they said it would be. The car was returned to me cleaned (outside AND in - all the damage was external) and repaired.
Highly recommended insurance company... a pleasure to deal with. Thank you, AAMI.
