I was going through some tough times in my personal life and clocked up a 5th Driving Disqualified Charge recently.

Michael organised everything so smoothly and perfectly; like an award winning project.   Of course I was scared of jail and big licence Loss; as I drove against the order of a magistrate.

We went to Broadmeadows court 12/4/18 in front of a tough magistrate who counted the priors and to make it worse he worked at the court where his colleague gave me the sentence.

He's looking at jail Mr Kuzilny was the stare my lawyer got!   MK the made a heartfelt, totally confident and authentic plea on my behalf and asked the magistrate to give me a fresh start and not lock me up!

The magistrate at the end of Michael”s powerful submissions went blank and started typing.

He then said to me “stand up sir” I thought shot I was going in!  Shivering; hands and knees shaking I kid you not!

This top notch magistrate then says “ I agree with  Mr Kuzilny.  I’ll give you a fresh start no conviction / no fine but even better I won’t interfere with your right to drive any further.
