Competitive prices. Usually adaequate service. Great and convenient opening hours. Sometimes the staff do not know where things are and are unwilling to find out for you. This is their biggest failing.

Prices are low and competitive. Returns are usually handled professionally and without fuss. Staff can act like robots sometimes which can be frustrating, it would be great if they could string a thought together every now and again.

Food here is good, but you can get far better locally for far less, so it's overpriced. The staff were generally disinterested and most of them seem lost in their thoughts rather than concentrating on their orders. I think most of them thought they were a bit too cool to be there.

The decor here is nice, but the atmosphere can be very pretentious especially considering how far it is away from Melbourne. I expected something more genuine.

Coffee here is very good. Definatly competing with some of the best coffee in Melbourne. The food is great and reasonably priced and the service from the staff is usually great. The only downside is it is usually packed and it can be hard to get a table.
