I've engaged Nick and team for almost 2 years now and could not be happier. They respond fast with excellent communication and things get sorted out promptly. They give me peace of mind - I'm not one who likes having to manage my properties any more than I have to and Nick's team takes good care of that. I'm happy and so are my tenants. Made the switch to Your Haven Realty mid this year and will never look back. Nick and team provides excellent service and communication; high attention to detail; immediate attention and actions to requests and concerns. Nick managed to lease out my property in 1.5 weeks (when the previous agency had nothing going for almost 8 weeks). I had another property I wanted to switch to Your Haven and at no point did I feel pressured to make the switch, even though evidently I should've done it sooner. You will always get a reply from them - no more being ghosted by your property manager. They go above and beyond and you know you will be well looked after, and many of their reviews reflect this.
