I went to buy low profile 17" Pirelli P7 225/45 ZR17 91W, after much research and getting different quotes, I found this store to be the cheapest ($260 in April 2011), even beating other Bob Jane stores around Perth ($279, $289 etc), who refused to match their price. They put hydrogen (makes the tyres last longer, apprently) in the tyres for a small fee, and you get free refills for the life of the tyre. So far so good, they drive much better than my previous stock tyres, and also Sumitomo HTRZIII, which the top of the range, rated at 300km/hr but only lasted 18000km (mostly country driving). They are a better deal than the RAC 10% off for Beaurepairs or Bridgestone $5/tyre discount. The staff were polite and easy to deal with. Service was on time. I highly recommend this one.

Very reliable and honest electrician, I have used other electricians who rip you off, charge excessively but not Dirk from Admiral Electrical. For one of my rentals, I forgot my brother already got someone to install smoke alarms and RCDs 4yrs ago, and when he came to fit smoke alarms, and realised they were already hard wired, he only charged me $30. Other electricians would have charged $95 to $120 just for a call out fee. On another occasion, for another house, he came to install RCDs and smoke alarms. The place also had RCDs installed, but only battery smoke detectors, which he replaced for $120. ( I got a quote from Alinta Assist for $650, and other online electrician services quoted $750 for 2 smoke detectors & 2 RCDs). He could have ripped me off and installed another smoke detector but was honest in advising me that I already met the compliance requirements. He even checked my RCDs for free. I got another elecrical company Lunar Electrical to check this before and they charged me $450 (with an excuse that it took them 2hrs, plus call out fee, and also changing the light globes, but they only changed one with two other globes still untouched). Thanks Dirk, too bad I've sold my house, I hope to use you again. I hope his son, who is his apprentice, is appreciative of what a great role model his dad is!

replaced my old carpets, but when they did it they ripped off the bedroom built-in- robe doors off their hinges! They made the excuse that that was "normal" for them to do, otherwise they can't install the carpets propery! I tried to call them to come back to repair it but they wouldn't .

I have tried many electricians, and this is probably one of the worse, in terms of service, cost, honesty, reliability and work ethic. They charge excessively with grossly exaggerated time and since using them I have used other electricians for a simliar job at a fraction of the cost but double the amount of work and complexity.

One of the few solo GPs left, empathetic and treats you with respect. good thing is he has not increased his fees like other GPs nowadays.
