He charged me out of pocket money when I said no and I wanted to charge again I said why you are keep doing it , you can charge me normal amount if not you can say no , you can’t say yes and charged me that extra money.

Later he cancelled my hospital appointment and stolen my hard working money.

Love seeing doctor tan and have been seeing him for a very long time, unfortunately I refuse to go back there after many incidence where the receptionist has been very rude, turns down medical emergencies and have been left waiting months for test results even being told that the results are lost and have no been followed up. Dr tan is great, the staff not so much and I’m going to miss seeing him because of the terrible service I receive from there.

I've been fortunate to have Dr Tan as my GP for years. Although I moved North I still see him as he has the expertise, professionalism, and sincerity that is becoming rarer to find. He's thorough without upselling services you simply do not need. Thank you, Dr Tan, for your services to the community, grateful to have you.

Dr Tan is the best Dr I’ve heard of .Although he is not my Dr but my husbands he has been his GP for somewhere in the versinity of 30 years .He has always been a fantastic doctor of the old school .
Never rushes him and so caring .

Dr Tan has been our family doctor for many years, however since his wife has become practice manager we have had to move, disgusting service. Tried to book our daughter for an appointment (she has relocated to Singapore) told she would have to pay $200 as she no longer has a medicare card. Happy to pay BUT NOT $200. Also told they are BUSY in July, but yes there are appointments available. Totally disgusted.

Dr Tan has been our family doctor for 25 years and I have never met a doctor that has been so caring. My father was unwell for 8 years and he would even come past on a Saturday after closing or Sunday just to check on him. His amazing person and only wish we had more doctors like that everywhere never greedy. His a very respectful person.

One of the few solo GPs left, empathetic and treats you with respect. good thing is he has not increased his fees like other GPs nowadays.

Doctor Tan is wonderful, he is always obliging , polite and to the point. He is always willing to look into alternatives if possible and is always willing to help and answer any questions over the phone even if he is busy.
