I had emailed "The lead Agent" at All Properties Group in regards to only potentially selling my property in Drewvale as his team managed it.

The lead agent had then shared our private emails between myself and him to my ex-partner regarding my enquiry to sell the property.

As the value of the QLD property market had increased in 2022, my ex-partner then started legal proceedings and refused to sign the house over to me although we had already had signed and sealed court orders in place.

When I questioned "The lead Agent" about how our private emails ended up in my ex-wifes affidavit, he did not respond to me at all! He had his office manager contact me instead, only to tell me that they are not allowed to share or forward communications to other parties when there are family court orders in place.

No apology, no sympathy, no answers, I just got dismissed and told to "calm down" as I was quite distressed about this breach of apparent privacy.
