Having spent thousands of dollars at this company, I feel I can write a fair review highlighting both the positive and negatives of this company.

The customer service is hit and miss. When you receive an email or telephone response to your query, the staff are helpful and quick to respond. There are, however, a majority of occasions when you will not receive a response to emails. This is a pain because you may be emailing about an order due in 1 or 2 days time. Live chat isn't any better and went unanswered despite being online.

The meat is exceptional, however.
Some of the best meat I've had. I haven't really experimented with other free range butchers, but I'd imagine this is as high quality as it gets.

Their online ordering system is strange and has different cut off times for different days. Not that the staff realise this when you call up to correct the delivery date. Sometimes the cut-off finishes at 5am, sometimes midnight, sometimes before midnight. Very frustrating, especially when you get your order in before midnight (official cutoff) and the option isn't available for whatever reason.

Contemplating of giving other butchers a go.
