Rachael & Mandi both assisted me with my contract preparation for selling my house & the Conveyancing for the sale too. I can’t describe how pleased I am with how well they managed my sale from end to end. There was a problem with the purchaser of my property, Mandi and Rachael took swift action to advise me on how I should proceed and had my best interests at heart. I think I have saved thousands of dollars in potiential legal issues and I am very greatful for their help. I would never use another conveyancer or solicitor as this experience has been the best I have ever had when it comes to buying / selling property. My realestate agent also commented several times at how good Sargeants are.

I am a retail and business customer and I must say that I always get great service. Never have to q or wait. All my banking is in order and couldn't be more pleased. Only suggestion is that the Asian staff members are selected a bit more carefully as some of the communication skills are pretty limited

Signed up for extras cover and was blatantly lied to. Was told I would be covered for things I wasn't with waiting periods waived as I had a special deal through my place of work. When I went to claim I was rejected and when I questioned this the consultant was super rude and didn't show any compassion or willingness to listen

Customer service is poor due to language barrier and not being able to think outside the box they live in.

Promotions are really good and virgin have good deals and value for money.reception and data speed is good and never have to wait when u call their contact centre but you do have to pay to call for help.

Built first house with them. Went ok. Having a few issues 1 year on with little things still not fixed up. The bricks we chose were sold up by the time we were meant to build which meant we needed to choose more bricks ! They left the site in a huge mess and the end inside clean was terrible. The house overall is good. They do get the cheapest trades in so the jobs one some aspects of the house are very poor and some are really good. It all depends on the sub contractors they use

The service was absolutely appalling. First of all it took weeks to get hold of these people. I was calling night and day to make a booking and once I finally got through to them I had a 2-3 month wait.

When they came to do the pest control they were there for about 10-15 mins and told me I had to leave the house for 2 hours. When I came back there were a few bugs dead etc but there were bugs still alive in my bathroom. Their pest control was meant to get rid of spiders for 6 months at least and I already have spiders in my house again after a week.

This aside, the worker tracked muddy shoes through my brand new house and I spent an hour cleaning up!

I am very dissatisfied with this company and I can't even get hold of them to complain. I would like a refund of what I paid considering I didn't get what I paid for and it was more hassle than it was worth with all the cleaning I did. Not to mention that they didn't lock my house when they left.
