I've tried many butchers all over the northside and I keep going back to Terry Orreal's for the best quality even though it's a 20 minute drive away.

Their smokes hams, bacon and beef jerky are second to none!

From now on I think I'll make use of his free delivery for bulk orders. They now also do online purchases of bulk meat packs, delivered free!

Termite inspection. Pest Control spray. Rodent baits. They did a very thorough job and explained everything to me. They were very aware not to harm the critters I didn't want removed such as my native bee hives, parrots, chooks and chihuahuas. They were on time, friendly, did a very thorough job and for a fair price.

My Fiance needed some dental work after an unfortunate incident. They took care of her very well and for a reasonable price. My fiance is happy to go back here and I was happy with the bill. Thanks :)

Most of the job was done well, however one simple light switch fixed, broke upon first use. I got them back out to fix it and they charged me a full call out fee and repair charges again. It broke again on first use - no abuse. Haines had no apologies and said they would send someone out to fix it for a full call out and repair charges again. Forget it. Beware of no warranty from these guys - pay over and over for the one job still not fixed? Once bitten, twice shy.

Our doggies are our loved ones. Pete and his assistant provide the utmost care above and beyond what is required. I've experienced human doctors with less care than these guys - sadly. Good service for a reasonable price is all I ask for and these guys go beyond that... respect :)

Had a large Chinese Elm tree removed. They did what was required and organised another business (Palm and Tree Services. Ph. 1300 720 363 www.palmtreeservices.com.au ) to take care of the stump grinding. These guys were on the ball, and did the job right the first time.

Had to get little Gracie the Chihuahua some immunisation shots and a chip. I bought her a nice collar and lead while I was there (I asked for it, no sales pressure). I found Peter and his staff very helpful, kind and sincere. I'll be using them as my "first to call" Vet from now on.
