A few years ago we purchased a washing machine from Robert at Warren Electrical. Being friends of his we got a small discount, free delivery and he took away our old machine. Today we purchased another identical machine for my father. No discount in exchange for delivery and no removal of old machine. Yep!! The quality of the service is going down.
