I went into the shop today looking (Sunday 7th Oct 2012) to buy a food processor I waited for floor staff to come and walked to the staff point on the floor, walked back and forwards, looked at the 4 (3 girls and 1 man) no help, no interest what so ever! Businesses are suffering because of the Internet, no wonder. I am not a happy customer I ended up walking out might as well go to Harvey Norman!

The service in this shop is the worst I have experienced, the personnel there are very rude and have no idea of what customer service is all about. They always seem to be so angry. Yes they are very busy but so are other shops and they show patience etc towards there customers. I think I'll try Caboolture or Burpengary I'm done with that shop. I also got some passport photos which, when I looked at them at home looked like they were more suited for a Halloween photo shoot. I would like to take them back but am worried that I won't have any luck in having them changed.

The front counter staff are abrupt and the doctors are only interested in getting you out as quick as possible, not that I would want to stay there for hours, but a bit more feeling and care in the service works wonders....$50 for a few minutes isn't bad. I wont go there again
