Purchased five office chairs from Milan Direct, they said on their invoice that the items were in stock and should be shipped within 24 hours. It is now 12 days, I sent an email yesterday asking when the items may be shipped and recieved no reply, i sent another today and nothing, i called the number which after a while told me to send an email. Our office will close for the Christmas break in a week or so, and the goods will be undeliverable. So I guess the real outcome will be, they will keep the money, we will close our office until mid January and who knows what will happen to the chairs. If I dont recieve a reasonable response this week, I will report Milan Direct to Paypal as suspected fraudulent operators.
