Brett was involved in the renovation of our house two years ago.

What I really appreciated at the time was his taking 30mins when he was wrapping up, to go through what is probably some really simple and basic bits and pieces. For instance, how I could turn off or isolate different taps if something should go wrong, as well as walk through our new hot water system. Not to mention his lifelong guarantee on the work that he has done.

Since then, we have had two minor maintenance type of issues that have cropped up and Brett has been incredibly helpful. On both occasions he came out to the house within 24 hours of my calling.
