I don't normally give bad reviews but these guys have terrible after-sales customer service. Had I read their other reviews online first I would never have risked my money with them. Express shipping turned into a month of following up via email, phone, and social media - met with mostly silence and no initiative on their end. Seriously how hard is it to send a doll or to be honest and keep your customer informed? Online shoppers, don't buy from here! Their products are sold elsewhere online anyway.
