I ordered a journal to be embossed as a gift and spoke with Romina, who was prompt, helpful and assisted me in choosing the right embossing and font for the gift.
48 hours later I needed to change the order (due to a break up!) and Romina was so accommodating. She checked if it had already been embossed, and when learning it hadn’t- offered me a credit instantly.
