Absolutely HORRIFIED by the service and the establishments attitude to it's customers. Not at all accomodating and did not care at all. We are very upset by our experience here. 12 of us were repeat customers but will never return.

Exceptional QUALITY food! Great service. You may pay a little more for what you get but it is worth it!

Don't waste your time or money on the disgusting scalding hot coffee, the STALE bread or the overpriced deli. The prepared /fast food is usually a few hours old and luke warm. The staff are not hired for their intelligence, speed or friendly personalities- and the oldest member of staff certainly doesn't set a good example for the others- she is the worst!

Something as simple as a good coffee can be hard to find lately. The coffee I had today at Pakacinno was exactly what I ordered. Not some wishy washy lukewarm cup of frothy coloured milk. I was dubious after having so many bad coffees recently but this was one of the best! Nice quiet, COOL cafe, friendly & FAST staff, great value and the food looked great! I recommend finding this cafe if you like a GOOD coffee!
