My experience was fortunately not as costly as some of the reviews I have read!! My dealings with the owner/operator were disappointing! She was very confronting if not rude with her responses to some of my questions or concerns questions I raised. She really didn’t appear to take objections very well at all!! I left the store feeling very taken aback and shocked, which left me thinking that perhaps I should best consult other companies as I am concerned that if I did order blinds and maybe there is a recall or fault, then it would get uglier than the service I got!
