If this branch is anything like the sydney one, I would stay well clear of them. Unprofessional, out of line and down right rude. My niece was treated like a crap, her journey to heaven was rough and ugly and the mothers family were treated like rubbish.

When I complained about their drivers conduct, i had no response at all.

Spend a little more and go somewhere where your loved ones body and spirit are treated with care and sensitivity, where your family and loved ones get to say goodbye the way they want to. We were rushed and shot down, when we asked where 'Ava's was and where her cremation was located, we were told "the body got here ages ago- it's gone"... she was not an 'it' but a vey loved baby who's mum was grieving terribly and was told to 'calm down' - wouldn't use this company again. Terribly sad and unprofessional. would definitely suggest going elsewhere no matter how nice they seem at the time. It's the last moments that mean so much!
