We had our second Wet Noses experience today and once again, were very impressed with the quality of their service. There is a reason I can't find a review less than 5 stars for Wet Noses anywhere. They are a top quality service at competitive prices. From our first contact with nurse Kate who was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable with some much needed puppy training advice we knew we had made the right call. Our first visit was from Dr Kyra. She was so friendly, kind and compassionate and very generous with her time. She included our 8 year old son as much as possible and was happy to answer his questions. Our puppies had health checks, vaccinations, microchips and claws clipped in a very relaxed and stress free environment. Kate and Kara have been very helpful with advice over the phone. They make you feel like you're part of a family and they really care. Today we had Dr Casey come to check on one of our puppies who had been eating the wrong thing in the garden and had an upset tummy, as well as more vaccinations for both puppies. She was great too. Friendly, kind and so helpful with information and advice. Although they are busy, they have been punctual always give us and our pets lots of time and attention. I highly recommend them.
