Great doctors, terrible admin staff. Had been to see doctor about swollen finger for unknown reason, where I was sent for X-rays. Rang up to find out results, and told by admin staff that X-ray was all clear. Explained that finger was still very swollen and sore and requested another consultation with doctor and was told he is already booked out for the day and that I’d have to wait 4 days for a new appointment. I was told at first appointment not to book another appointment as I’d be able to get in and explained this, but the admin assistant didn’t care. Now have a swollen finger with limited circulation with lots of pain and no treatment over the long weekend. What happened to duty of care?
