Sarah is a clinical myotherapist who specialises in treating all types of muscular disorders. She has been treating me for many years now and I have found her to be excellent. What I especially like is that I don't need to keep coming back over and over to treat the same ailment since Sarah normally can treat it successfully after two to three sessions, unlike many other massage therapists.

Sarah has a great knowledge of anatomy and can very quickly pinpoint a problem area and tell you what the exact problem is and then rectify it. A case in point is my father has been seeing a massage therapist in Brisbane for an ongoing back problem for close to five years and I told him to go and see Sarah when he came down to Melbourne for a visit. Finally, he agreed and couldn't believe the improvement Sarah made to his back after just one session. He raves about her all the time and hasn't been back to his former massage therapist.

Regarding my experiences, I have had numerous operations on my heart, stomach and torso region and for this reason I have very little stomach muscles left. For this reason, my back tends to go into spasms at times at which point I can hardly walk anymore. I give Sarah a call and within three sessions she has fixed the problem.

I would definitely recommend Sarah to anyone who has ongoing muscular issues that haven't been resolved by other massage therapists. Hopefully she doesn't get too busy once everyone knows how good she really is!

It has been 12 months since I have a called an electrician and decided to give Arthur a call. He asked me if he could book a time to come and take a look at what needs to be done before committing to the work (at no charge by the way). Later that day he emailed his written quote through to me that provided a detailed list of what needs to be done together with the price.

Since I needed to get the job done in a rush, he was happy to do the job on the weekend so it fitted better with my schedule.

I asked him to replace two fluorescent light fittings with two period style lights in the study as well as install a power point in the same room. He did an excellent job overall even when confronted with very difficult access to the roof space in order to install additional support brackets to prevent the new lights from crashing down. Furthermore, he had to install a conduit in the floor space and drill through the ceiling and the corner of two shelves in order to get the power cable to reach near the floor before installing power point. This took just over 3 hours to complete.

Unlike some other electricians I have used in the past, he tested to see if the power point and lights were properly grounded.

I could really tell that Arthur loves his job and is committed to performing quality work. Unlike many other trades people, he cleaned up after he was finished and made sure it was spotless. He showed me everything he had done and then handed me a certificate of electrical safety together with a receipt.

So from my point of view, I was very impressed with his professional work ethic and the time he spent talking about electrical safety.

He has a friendly manner and is easy to talk to, so I know for a fact that I'll be using him again.

The first time I used Ashley, he arrived promptly on time. The second time, he rang to say was running late and apologised for doing so, even though he was only 15 minutes late.

I have used Ashley twice now to service my car and I have to say he did a fantastic job both times. Not only does the car run smoothly (which it hasn't done that for years even though it was serviced elsewhere), it now runs like new.

Ashley is a mobile mechanic, and he did take the time to find out what was wrong with my car. What really impressed me is that he didn't rush the job and treated my car like his own. He's honest and friendly and is keen to explain what he's doing while he's working on the car.

I'm definitely going to use him again and I definitely recommend him to anyone.
