My quality cream wool carpet was showing heavy wear and marks from spills. I requested the lounge room to be cleaned and forgot another room which should have been included.
Darren turned up to the minute of the appointment (within 2 days of my initial approach), was not fazed by the altered request, did a magnificent job on the carpet which is now beautiful again, ready to walk on immediately and no odour - just clean. A perfect job at a very reasonable price by a personable, friendly, adaptable operator. I couldn't wish for more.
After many other operators' efforts, in self defence I bought a Bissell carpet cleaner. Darren has freed me of that beast. Anyone want a Bissell?
