I had the worse treatment here. Booked in for an eyebrow tint and wax. I paid $40 for this treatment and was in there for less than 8 minutes. When I got to my car not only were my grey hairs still obvious I had tint smeared over the space between the brows and underneath. I went back to see the therapist Emily who gave me all the excuses under the sun but clearly had done a slap dash job. She tried to redye them and when that didn't work she said this often happens. She also used tint remover on my skin this time which she clearly omitted the first time. Care factor zero. I have been going to Ella Bache Hampton and never had a problem. Don't bother here
