Our glass pool pool fence hand rail has not met safety standards. Will not rectify. Semi frameless shower screen has huge chip in it, hidden at top blind side. Frameless shower screen leaks in corner.

Gerald arranged for the order and delivery of our internal hardwood flooring at a competitive price. We also ordered our external timber & decking from Gerald & Kieran. They were very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. They delivered the timber and carried it in to where we needed it. Very happy and would highly recommend. Thank you

We didn't even get as far as some others, thank fully. I rang to ask for advice on installing a garage door on a new home. A sales person was quick to be appointed and a time was made for a quote. (No friendly advice offered first). The sales person did not turn up, for which my husband had left work early. I contacted the office to be told that they would ring around and find out who was supposed to turn up, and that they would call me back. I am still waiting 3 days later....

Staff were rude and had no customer service skills. Spoke in a foreign language to each other the whole time and did not smile or make conversation. Also question the hygiene. My foot was buffed with a pumice that had been used on who knows how many other people. Foot spa was rinsed out did not witness any chemicals being used to disinfect. Definitely will not go again.

I am delighted with my products. The ordering process was so easy and I was amazed at how quickly they arrived. Thank you. Will definitely shop again.
