Over many years I have tried many get fit activities to keep fit and after a short time tire and became bored but I have attended the Eastern School of Yoga for over six years and look forward to these sessions every week. In the past I suffered from high blood pressure but since doing weekly yoga I have not had suffered high blood presure at all.
