Never been to a physio before so wasn't sure what to expect. Front counter staff are extremely warm and friendly. Physio I had was awesome. Very funny and friendly and got laughs out of me even while I was wincing from him manipulating the painful spots in my neck. Gave my husband some acupuncture too which has helped him greatly. Most of money I spent was able to be claimed back and they have HICAPS there so you can just swipe your card if you have one. Payment required after claiming was only around 15.00. Professional people yet casual friendly atmosphere. If you give them your mobile they will text you a reminder when it is day of appointment. Worked wonders, couldn't recommend them enough.

Small vietnamese bakery next to Chicken Treat in town centre. Beautiful fresh bread, slices and doughnuts. Wide assortment of hot pies, sausage rolls, pasties and quiches. They make the most irresistable yet cheap chocolate mousse torte cakes which you can usually buy on the spot and they will write whatever you want on top. Sometimes may get a staff member that is not too good at english so they will write out on a piece of paper the words you want before they go ahead - its always been right and looks gorgeous when they add it all with their icing flowers and personal decorating free of charge. Looks and tastes as good as the most expensive cake shop but really cheap. Will also do special occasion cakes if book in advance. Staff are friendly, place is clean and neat and well attended by all the locals. Yummy!

This review is for Caffino's Cafe, Wanneroo WA

Right near the centre of Wanneroo is Caffinos, a small restaurant selling amazing Pizza and Pasta and little italian desserts. Dine in or takeaway. Decor is simple but clean and neat and the staff are extra friendly with the owner always on for a chat. Pizzas are very authentic and absolutely delicious - I fully recommend their Caffinos Special:a garlic prawn pizza with a white sauce instead of tomato. Many people visit for takeaway as well, especially with it being right next door to dvd store. Pizza and pasta are a bit more expensive than the pizza chain places you go to - but worth every single cent. Friendly staff, quality food and charming place -what more could you want.

This review is for Mr Ho's, Joondalup WA

If you want a good chinese restaurant in Joondalup you cant go past Mr Ho's. Just a block back from the main cafe strip is this small value for money restaurant. On entering you are greeted by a big fish tank and happy staff will show you a seat. They are cheap, great quality, great tasting meals and are always busy so best to book a table. My husband is half singaporean and is often unhappy with the taste of chinese, but this is his favourite restaurant. Well worth a look!
