Provides Convenient Airport Transfer from Gippsland to the Airport. I was picked up on the dot from my front door in Warragul. My flight was departing from Essendon but Gippy Shuttle were flexible enough to accommodate this. Unfortunately, we hit heavy traffic on the Monash due to a broken down truck but our driver kept informed by staying in constant contact with the office, where they used on-line tools to investigate alternative routes. The staff were genuinely concerned that I reached the airport on time (which I did) despite being delayed through no fault of theirs. I am very happy with the service and level of communication and would happily book them to transport my elderly parents on their next visit, saving me a return journey to the airport.

I feel compelled to review CoTD to share and compliment them on outstanding customer service. I purchased an item that was not as I expected (through no fault of CoTD). I emailed them explaining my situation and they replied within minutes to accept return of the product and they even waived the re-stocking fee. Very happy with the service from LE Computers. I had problems with my Ipod complicated by both Apple and the place of purchase. I was going on holidays and while I was away LE liaised directly with Apple to replace my Ipod under warranty and it was waiting for me when I returned. Please support this local business - the alternative Apple agent is in Fountain Gate where you have to make an appointment!

My dog's favourite shop. She always gets a warm welcome here and her tail doesn't stop wagging. I love to feed her fresh, preservative-free raw meat for her health, but she just loves the taste. Good quality and relaxed, friendly service.

I used to regularly purchase a roast meal for an elderly neighbour but will no longer shop at Ripper Rooster. On the last occasion I had paid for the meal and the staff had only just started to cut the meat when I received a phone call telling me the neighbour had been rushed to hospital. I quickly told the staff I no longer needed the meal but they refused to refund my money - the cut meat could have been used for the next order! My neighbour passed away two days later and we were stuck with a roast meal we did not want.

The best fish and chips (and potato cakes) ever. We look forward to it every time we are in Lakes Entrance and have never been disappointed. Fast and friendly service.

Great coffee, friendly service, reasonable prices. Won me over by bringing out little dog biscuits for my dog which she loved. Stop for coffee and/or a generous weekend breakfast.
