We met Ram in 2007 when we visited Nepal before he started up his own company. He was a great help to us, sorting out all the paperwork for our trip to Tibet. He also helped us with some trips in Nepal and gave great recommendations for places to visit and eat at in Kathmandu. At all times he was very cheerful, polite and could not do more to help us with all aspects of our trip. For example, when our visa for Nepal was running out, he took us to the visa office and took us through the process to make sure it was extended. One day, we really hope back to Nepal and the first person we will call upon will be Ram!
