I am horrified to (now) see all the negative reviews of this company. They not only stuffed me around no end with sending different cleaners and changing the team/time...but the 3rd set who turned up roughly and recklessly damaged my property. No training. Poor communication skills - when I explicitly asked for a reasonable level of English. Can't get through on the phone to complain or discuss - unless you want to BOOK something and they are taking money. Dismal "complaints" process, seemingly designed to avoid any action, and they just don't reply. I have emailed multiple times. Just stonewall. Next stop Consumer Affairs, A Current Affair, ACCC, and VCAT. They should be called Fraudulent Services. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR PROPERTY. Frankly I doubt the positive reviews are genuine. Conversely to have so many negative ones - one negative review tends to be indicative of 100 actual negative ones. Otherwise who could be bothered spending the time writing reviews - you would have to be really upset to do so - and feel that they have not only done the wrong thing but taken no action or even any reasonable steps to correct the issue raised.
