I don't think I have ever worked with a service based supplier who has so completely immersed themselves in understanding what we do and why we do it in their quest to provide us with a solution... I am sure that Kristy now knows more about our customers than we do and, as a result, we have fabulous print media that really speaks to them... Thanks to Ladybird we are now ready to take over the world.

You know when you think that you have a few things to learn then realise, once you get reading, that while you may be technically great at what you do, you actually have no idea of how to make it happen? You feel alone, completely squashed and overwhelmed with no idea what to do next let alone how to do it... That was me... Then I met Janine... She will hold you hand, but not lead you by the nose, and occasionally she will push your head under to get your attention ... It is absolutely my journey but now I feel like I get it, I am beginning to understand how to connect what I offer with what people want and I am super excited about running my business again!!!
