I don't normally write bad reviews for anywhere, but I feel this one definitely deserves it. Please stay away if you value your money, time, and the quality of services.

I have had eyelash extension infills twice here, and whilst the first wasn't too bad, the second was absolutely shocking and has left me with very few natural eyelashes, and the ones I have are damaged at best. She does not remove eyelash extensions with a product as she should, and any knowledgable eyelash extenstion place would. Rather, she either plucks or cuts them out. This is simply not acceptable. I had told her that some of the lashes from the first infill had started to "droop" and were stabbing me in the eye, at which point she should have used a product to remove them. Nope - she took to a pair of scissors and cut them out. Other eyelashes she simply plucked out. Further, she uses much too much glue, which results in huge chunks of the extensions coming out at once, and ripping natural eyelashes out, as the lashes are too heavy, all stuck together and are not glued on one-to-one (one eyelash extension per natual lash) as they should be.

At one point after the second infill experience, I let the owner know that some of my bottom lashes had become stuck to my top lashes. Her solution? Pluck them out! Unbelievable. I should also note that some eyelashes were glued on to my skin and not to the lashes. Very dodgy.

I also had a shockingly bad shellac manicure after this experience in the same visit, which I wasn't feeling too confident about. The gel was peeling off by the next day and wasn't even painted to the edges of my nails.

Also, the salon pamphlets advertised that there are student and seniors discounts. However, once you come up the counter to pay, you are informed that the pamphlets were "misprinted" and that these advertisements were an error. How dodgy.

Seriously - stay. away.
