I will never be going here again. I was late for an appointment because of traffic and I accept that was an issue on my behalf, however that does not mean I have to be talked to rudely! The receptionist yelled at me just for coming in late, pointed to the clock and said obnoxiously: "can't you see the time!" She continued to verbally abuse me which is unacceptable especially for a medical clinic where people are ill and deserve the utmost care!
