I had never used the business before and rang up after seeing their ad on the internet.
I spoke to Tony and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. The parts were ordered at approximately 1pm and the parts were delivered the next morning to Queabeyan.

The parts were as described and the price was exactly as quoted.
