Have met Carolyn before she was in the shop right from the start she strived to learn the new things that were about then explained and showed us how to do it . fantastic teacher but then she went to new shop and not only did she improved her skillets but she implored good staff to teach the things that she didn't know or didn't have time to teach but as she go busy Carolyn never stopped helping even when I rang she always had time to talk my problem throught with me .
