Air conditioner install booked with this business and they failed to show. Despite numerous calls to tradesman, the head office and emails they failed to show or attempt to make contact. Only after numerous SMS messages a lame excuse was offered and stated he would call later to rebook - this was never done. I lost a full days work and I'm $600 out of pocket for their total lack of service and communication.

Been coming to "Moondoggy's" for many years. It's our favourite for breakfast but serves lunch and dinner. I have only sampled the breakfast which are truly amazing and the service is AAA+++ old style i.e chilled water to table when you sit down and a menu. Amazing fresh juices,smoothies,coffee's and sandwiches too.

After 3 different visits I avoid this place. Buffet was terrible and was given a refund so tried to get a counter meal from public bar. After waiting 45 minutes I was told there was a mix up of orders so left in disgust. Pity they can get it right as it has great potential.

I complained about a Horrendous night a group of us experienced and revieved no response. Basically waited for service and drinks when store had about a dozen customers. Ordered a steak with baked potato and it came with mash. When I complained was told to take it or leave so our group of four all least after one hour waiting for drinks and food.
