The worst thing is they made you feel like worthless as to how their customer service team is treating you. We paid for an after renovation cleaning package which is quite pricey in our opinion. After shopping around and check the ratings, we went with Fantastic Service. On the day of the job, we were told they could clean up 98% of the house, except for paint marks on the timber floors and grouts as they do not want to damage our flooring, fair enough. But when we came back to check after they finished, a large portion of the house were left unfinished (including the fixtures, door and window trims, etc). We complained to customer service team and was told we have to pay additional for all the unfinished jobs that they did. So go somewhere where you feel valued as a customer, because with this company, once they take your money, they don't care about completion of the jobs or customer feedback at all!!!
