Recently (July 2019) I had Crimsafe window screens and doors put on my home. I have a number of stacker doors so was a bot worried about how it would work. Jenny did the scheduling and went out of her way to fit in with my schedule getting the measuring done on a weekend. Quentin was very knowledgeable and professional and answered all my questions. Then Jenny also worked to get the installation done on a weekend to fit my schedule. Thank you Simon and very nice courteous gentleman who worked all day doing the installation, a real Energiser bunny. He was also the neatest tidest worker I have seen and cleaned up beautifully even vacuuming around the installation. I am extremely happy with the work done and with the product. You see the Crimsafe ads and it looks good but it is not until you see it in place that you realise just how good it looks while also being so secure. The doors with the three point locking system give me that extra piece of mind. The windows are strong, solid and secure but you still have great airflow and good views through them. I highly recommend Alcom and their staff Jenny Quentin and Simon. Thank you all.
