I have been to this salon many times and find it a bit hit and miss - it all depends on who you get and when you go.
My last visit was on Friday for a mani/pedi. The usual form is for one girl to do the pedi and somebody else does the mani at the same time. On this occasion, the pedi was good, the mani was terrible. The girl didn't cut back my overgrown cuticles or attempt to do any other tidy up work (the whole reason for having a manicure). She went straight into sanding back my natural nail and applying the SNS. All in all this was another 'miss' as the finished product doesn't look that great.

I had a great experience at this salon . My hair was in a bad way when I arrived but Roman did a fabulous job - the cut was perfect and the colour I ended up with looked fantastic. The whole experience was an absolute pleasure and it ticked all the boxes in terms of quality and service. I will be back and will recommend to all my friends
