I attended the bank to do my weekly banking and really appreciate their move to put the people back into the banking, with the customer service behind it. I was greeted by the concierge with a freindly smile and pointed to the teller to transact my deposit. I mentioned I wanted to set up my internet banking and she remembered me and assisted me immedietely and efficiently to do this in a adjoining office online directly after my banking transaction, at no cost. I am impressed by the steps Commonwealth Bank has taken to improve customer service and reduce banking fees - it looks like they are hearing the requirements of their customers and delivering against customer expectations. I will be banking with them in future for some time to come.

I recently bought a prepaid Simcard and special Pre-paid recharge from Vodafone in Castle Hill. Service was good and got $450 value for $30! It was easy to set the service up and I will continue using them in future.

My wife and I enjoy breakfast At hte Buddha Belly on weekends from time to time. The Big Breakfast is recommended, as it is tasty and well presented. The service is reasonable, though we suggest you book in advance as they are quite popular over weekends.

I recently had a fresh pie and a coffee at Pie Face, Castle Hill - these guys are great! The pie was crusty, fresh and hot and full of filling and they threw in a free cocktail sausage roll too! The owner has a special coffee menu and can make coffee's to order, so I will definitely visit them again when at Castle Hill. Price was reasonable and service was quick with a smile.

I often use Virgin Airlines when travelling locally and sometimes internationally. I found the airline ideal for flights to Melbourne and Brisbane, with prompt service and friendly staff. Recently treated to complimentary wine and snacks as a courtesy. The cost of flights is very reasonable and you get value for money. I use the Virgin Lounge as well when I have time to spare between flights and it's great to freshen up then relax with a soft drink or coffee while I catch up on email.

We order in pizza or collect take away pizza every couple of weeks and consistently find Dominoes to provide great tasting pizza, always warm and fresh. Their delivery service is prompt and pick-ups are always ready, so I give them a positive recommendation.
